Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with techno-functional expertise and experience using Generative AI tools to support business process analysis, solution design, and technology implementation. The ideal candidate should be able to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams while leveraging modern AI tools to improve productivity and insights.
Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for development teams.
Work closely with product managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure requirements are properly implemented.
Use Gen AI tools (such as Cursor, Claude, etc.) to enhance requirement documentation, analysis, and solution ideation.
Perform gap analysis, workflow analysis, and process improvement initiatives.
Support system implementation, testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Create business process documentation, user stories, and functional specifications.
Assist in decision-making by providing data-driven insights and reports.
Qualifications
15+ years in Business Analysis and Solution Consulting for enterprise systems.
Strong techno-functional expertise: translating business requirements into detailed specifications and scalable solutions.
Hands-on with GenAI tools (Cursor, Claude) for UI ideation, wireframing, and requirement/spec drafting.
Skilled in stakeholder management, client engagement, and workshops.
Experienced in documentation, problem-solving, and cross-functional remote team collaboration.
