Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow ITSM solutions.

  • Customize and configure ServiceNow applications and facilitate the rollout of new applications and modules.

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow applications.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.

  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.


  • 2+ years of strong hands-on experience in developing ServiceNow ITSM.

  • ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist).

  • Experience with ServiceNow ITOM, HRSD, or other ServiceNow modules.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.


  • Strong scripting and coding skills.

  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.

  • Knowledge of ServiceNow platform, including workflows, UI customization, and integrations.

  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.
