We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Scrum Master/Product Owner who can foster an environment where Agile practices thrive. This role excels at orchestrating high-performing Scrum teams to deliver quality software products that meet and exceed customer expectations. The primary focus is on maximizing value and ensuring seamless collaboration among all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Facilitation of Agile Processes:Lead Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
    Guide teams in Agile principles, ensuring adherence to Scrum framework while adapting to the needs of the project.

  2. Product Vision and Backlog Management:Define and maintain the product vision in collaboration with stakeholders.
    Create and prioritize a comprehensive product backlog, ensuring that user stories are clearly defined and actionable.
    Refine the backlog regularly, balancing business needs and technical constraints.

  3. Stakeholder Collaboration:Liaise between development teams, stakeholders, and end-users to ensure clear communication and alignment.
    Provide regular updates on product progress and team performance to key stakeholders.

  4. Continuous Improvement:Promote a culture of continuous improvement by facilitating sprint retrospectives and implementing actionable feedback.
    Identify and remove impediments that affect team productivity and progress.

  5. Team Support and Coaching:Mentor team members on Agile best practices and promote self-organization.
    Encourage an open, collaborative environment where ideas can flourish.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of Agile principles and the Scrum framework.

  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and leadership skills.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks, resolve conflicts, and deliver value incrementally.

  • Proven experience in managing product backlogs, defining user stories, and refining acceptance criteria.

  • Experience with Jira, Trello, or similar Agile tools.

  • Certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or Certified Product Owner (CSPO) are highly desirable.
