Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Identity & Access Management (IAM) Lead to join our growing team and play a pivotal role in safeguarding our organization's digital identity landscape. In this role, you will leverage your 10+ years of experience driving organic growth in IAM to develop a comprehensive strategy, roadmap, and design the solution architecture for our IAM environment. You will possess hands-on expertise with industry-leading IAM/security technologies like SailPoint, Okta, and Siteminder, and be passionate about building secure and scalable access control systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a strategic vision for Identity and Access Management (IAM) across the organization.

  • Design, build, and maintain a robust IAM architecture that aligns with business needs and security best practices.

  • Select, implement, and manage IAM solutions, including SailPoint, Okta, and Siteminder (or similar technologies).

  • Configure user access controls, entitlements, and roles to ensure appropriate access to resources.

  • Automate IAM processes to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.

  • Define and enforce IAM policies and procedures.

  • Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability scans to identify and mitigate risks.

  • Stay abreast of the latest IAM trends and technologies.

  • Lead and mentor a team of IAM professionals.

  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (IT, Security, Operations) to ensure alignment and successful implementation of IAM initiatives.


  • 10+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).

  • Proven track record of leading and implementing successful IAM initiatives.

  • In-depth knowledge of IAM best practices, standards, and frameworks (e.g., NIST 800-53).

  • Hands-on experience with leading IAM/security technologies like SailPoint, Okta, and Siteminder (or similar technologies).

  • Strong understanding of security principles (e.g., RBAC, ABAC).

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

  • Ability to develop and manage project plans and budgets.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
