Job Description

The Conga (Apttus) CPQ Developer/Consultant will work closely with the clients' business & IT team as well as other internal cross functional team members (offshore & onsite) to resolve reported incidents/service requests and minor enhancement, provide functional/technical consulting services to the Client and internal development/implementation team.

The candidate should have 5+ years of experience in development and/or support and/or designing/architecting solutions within the Salesforce platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Successful transition of existing live Conga (Apttus) CPQ applications from the incumbent

  • Understand client business process and technical solution for a set of Conga (Apttus) CPQ &/or Salesforce Sales Cloud

  • Resolve L2 and L3 service requests & incidents.

  • Timely resolution of all service requests & incidents with zero SLA breach

  • Identify and escalate for any work outside contract purview.

  • Perform RCA for repeated incidents and deploy the permanent fix.

  • Translate issue description/resolution details from French to English and vice versa.

  • Create SOP for the responsible set of applications.

  • Create Knowledge asset documents.

  • Update system appreciation documents.

  • Identify automation opportunities.

  • Meet and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to understand and report problem, requirements for enhancements in the existing implementation.

  • Resolve & provide solution of incident, problem on Conga (Apttus) CPQ &/or Salesforce Sales Cloud

  • Able to troubleshoot with debugging skills.

  • Perform Impact analysis.

  • Upgrade the knowledge with each release and follow best industry practices and standards while providing the IT solution.

  • Should perform the Software Unit test before delivering the solution to the users.

  • Must have experience in ALM & ticketing tools.


Qualifications

  • Candidate with Salesforce functional & technical experience in Conga (Apttus) CPQ &/or Salesforce Sales Cloud

  • Manage application support & enhancements for Conga (Apttus) CPQ &/or Salesforce Sales Cloud

  • Experience in DevOps is preferred.

  • Must know Conga (Apttus) CPQ with expert-level knowledge & working knowledge in Salesforce Sales Cloud

Must Have Skills:

  • Salesforce functional & technical experience for Conga (Apttus) CPQ

  • Knowledge of ITIL processes
